How it started

A card table, a kettle, and a conviction.

In 1998, Julian Aldergate opened a single room on Lamb's Conduit Street with little more than a card table, a kettle, and a belief that estate agency could be done gently. No pressure, no theatre, just careful advice and the patience to wait for the right buyer.
